Who uses the data and why?
RPC is essential for ToxInfo Suisse, as it provides information for specialist advice in emergencies following accidents involving chemicals. The system is also used to implement cantonal regulations on chemicals and to collect statistical data on chemicals on the Swiss market. Information on products that is not confidential is also accessible to the public. To view it, you must use the guest mode of the website www.rpc.admin.ch.
