To simplify the registration application in the E-application for chemicals for preparations according to the articles 48 to 54 ChemO, it’s no longer mandatory to enter the classification of each constituent, but only the classification and labelling of the preparation.
This simplification does not apply to biocide products and to plant protection products, which must obtain an authorization.
All other requirements remain unchanged, notably relating to the declaration of dangerous substances in preparations and to the safety data sheet.
