Procedure for technical error messages in RPC
Error messages during login to RPC
1. Try to reload the RPC page using the Edge or FireFox Internet browser.
2. Try it another time later.
3. Contact the helpdesk (cheminfo@bag.admin.ch) with a print screen and the explication of the problem.
This error message is displayed if the corresponding user account has not yet been linked to a company.
In this case, make sure that you have sent the necessary «Application form to the registration office».
