With this procedure, the previous authorisations/possibilities remain unchanged.
A main user can change the role profile of a sub-user from internal to external at any time. They can also change another main user to a sub-user internally or externally.
We recommend that reporting companies check/change the responsibilities within the product register for chemicals (RPC) to ensure that they are assigned to the correct persons/user accounts.
This is particularly important with regard to authorisations and access to the personal data of the user accounts (surname, first name and, if applicable, email address and telephone number).
