The (CH-Login) user accounts are the property of the Federal Office of Information Technology and Telecommunications (FOITT), which defines the user guidelines:
- A CH login account is personal
- For data protection reasons, the administration/responsibility of a CH-Login account lies exclusively with the account holder. The Notification Authority for Chemicals is not authorised to make changes to a CH-Login account.
