The CH-Login accounts are the property of the Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication (FOITT), which defines the user guidelines:
- A CH-Login account is considered as personal
- For data protection reasons, the administration/responsibility of a CH-Login account lies exclusively with the account holder. The Notification Authority for Chemicals is not authorised to make changes to a CH-Login account.
The Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication (FOITT) provides an information page on all mutation requests. You can almost carry out all mutations yourself:

If you have any additional questions about your CH-Login account, please contact the Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication (FOITT) directly using your CH-Login ID number: Contact (admin.ch)
If self-administration is deactivated in your CH-Login account (i.e. grey, non-editable fields), please contact the Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication (FOITT) directly with your CH-Login ID number: Contact (admin.ch)
Please note that after transferring your account to another person, you will no longer have access to all stored data in the Product Register for Chemicals (RPC).
