This guide (only available in German, French and Italian) is aimed at the cantonal enforcement authorities, businesses and users. It sets out the regulations on products treated with biocidal active substances.
The guide explains what is now meant by treated articles, illustrated by actual examples. The relevant requirements are set out in the Swiss Ordinance on Biocidal Products (OBP, SR 813.12). The guide also differentiates between treated products and biocidal products.
