General terms of use for (CH-Login/AGOV) user accounts
The use of a (CH-Login/AGOV) user account is subject to certain conditions. The most important ones are summarised here.
The link between a (CH-Login/AGOV) user account and the RPC is created in the background during the account creation process according to the following simplified scheme:
The authorisations are then authorised according to the desired user profile (Principle of linking and administrative processes).
Please note the following information about the user accounts (CH-Login/AGOV):
- A user account is required for various federal applications (tax administration, radiation protection, tobacco, chemicals, etc.)
- The user account is personal
- For data protection reasons, the administration/responsibility of the user accounts lies exclusively with the account holders concerned.
- Several Swiss registration companies with different user profiles can be assigned to one user account at
- The user account owns the authorship of certain data in the RPC
