Account opening including access request for a registration company
Do you need an AGOV user account and access to a registration company in the Chemicals Product Register (RPC)? Please find the relevant instructions and processes below
General rules
- Each person is responsible for opening and managing their own AGOV user account
- A main user cannot open an AGOV user account on behalf of the reporting company in the RPC, including an access request for another person (neither main nor sub-user)
- Each reporting company must have at least one main user
- If a reporting company is newly linked to the RPC or entered (i.e. the search entry for the reporting company does not have a green info box: already exists in the RPC), the first AGOV user account that requests access to the reporting company must always be a main user. Only then can sub-users (internal/external) and additional main users be added
Both processes, the creation of an AGOV user account (step 1) and the access request for a reporting company (step 2), are carried out entirely in the Chemicals Product Register (RPC). Persons who already have an AGOV user account can skip step 1.
Step 1: Creation of an AGOV user account
For a better understanding, you can also consult our diagrams on the linking principle and the administrative processes:
Once the AGOV user account has been created, the quantity of biocidal products placed on the market can be reported in the RPC and/or an access request for the desired reporting company can be created.
Step 2: Access request for a reporting company, including user role
If you have successfully created your AGOV user account or already have one (and are logged into the RPC), you can proceed directly in the RPC with the access request for a registration company, including the selection of the user role (main user vs. sub-user internal/external):
